Programs for children and teens

As part of the EVJCC since 1971, the Early Learning Center welcomes families into a hub of heritage where children from all backgrounds can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically through shared values. The ELC, for children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten, is a Quality-First 5-Star Center and accredited by NECPA. There are also after-school enrichment programs and a summer program.

Campers in grades K-8 create memories and build longtime friendships as they share camp experiences in the summer and over school breaks. High school students gain leadership skills as they assist the counselors. 

BBYO is a pluralistic teen movement aspiring to involve more Jewish teens in more meaningful experiences. BBYO Mountain Region is comprised of chapters in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Two of these chapters meet on Tuesdays during the school year at the East Valley JCC: Tovah BBG and Rabbi Meir Reznikoff AZA.
