Celebrate Israel’s Birthday – Yom Ha’atzmaut

Sunday, April 11, 2021 | 3-5 p.m. at Espee Park, 450 E. Knox Road, Chandler

Celebrate Israel with live music by Gal Drimmer and Erez Kessler and children’s activities. Donate toiletries and make cards for soldiers. Bring your own picnic, the EVJCC will supply dessert. Free. Register below by April 7. 

Social distancing, masks and other CDC guidelines will be implemented.

All-Star Yom Ha’atzmaut

Jewish Rock Radio and the East Valley JCC presents an All-Star Yom Ha’atzmaut Celebration.  

Jewish Rock Radio (JRR) is producing a huge Yom Ha’atzmaut program that will be broadcast by communities throughout North America. The JRR All-Star Yom Ha’atzmaut Celebration will feature Israeli superstar, David Broza, Josh Nelson, Chava Mirel, Nefesh Mountain, Rabbi Josh Warshawsky, Rick Recht, Shimon Smith, Laurie Akers, Rabbi Lisa Silverstein, teens and college students sing IN Israel and special guest leaders including Dan Shapiro (Former US Ambassador to Israel), Eric Fingerhut (President and CEO of JFNA), and more!

Words of support for lone soldiers

Participants got a chance to sign a card that will be sent to a lone soldier center in Israel.
