Tuesday, Jan. 25: ‘Beit Abulafia: How the Writings of a 13th-century Kabbalist Guides Me to Access and Teach Jazz Music.‘
Jason Caplan is an entrepreneur, financial adviser and musician who created the Universal Language Room and started The Bridge Institute, 501c3 to support the idea.
Jason is dedicated to teaching music as a universal language to promote dialogue, cooperation and collaboration amongst all people. Jason also created Beit Abulafia to spread the teachings of Kabbalist – Rabbi Abraham Abulafia. This project led him to an intensive study of Carl Jung, which Jason pursues in Memphis. His band Naqshon’s Leap is the headliner of this year’s EVJCC Klezmer Fest.

Tuesdays at the J
Tuesdays from 10 – 11 a.m.
Until further notice, the sessions will be held on Zoom and are free. Tuesdays at the J is a group for individuals and couples ages 55-plus who meet weekly to enjoy presentations on a variety of topics. New members are always welcome and no membership is required to attend Tuesday at the J programs.
