Is Hypnosis Dangerous? Find out … if you dare!

Presentation by Alan Handelsman

Tuesday, March 18 | 10-11:30 a.m.

Spoiler alert: Hypnosis is not dangerous. Hypnosis is a natural way to tap into a reservoir of inner power that we were never told we had. Natural? Yes. It is so natural that you have probably been in hypnosis dozens, if not hundreds of times – this week! Using your inner power (not the power of the hypnotist), you can lower your stress level, kick bad habits, start new habits, sleep better, improve your well–being, and much more. Alan will sort out the truth and the myth about hypnosis, and provide you with a skill you can use daily to experience of the power you didn’t know you had.

About the speaker
Alan was a professional musician for 30 years, accompanying such performers as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Rod Stuart, and Jackie Gleason. Seeking answers for his own stage fright and depression, he began learning many ways to help himself and others. He has been working with private clients and groups for almost 25 years as a hypnotherapist, speaker, teacher, and trainer. He has presented worldwide, including Canada, England, Switzerland, Norway… and as far away as New Jersey. Alan is the current president of the Arizona Society for Professional Hypnosis. He is known for making the complicated simple, getting quickly to the heart of the problem, and for his warm, humorous style.
