L.I.T. participants, while learning and accepting new leadership roles, are still campers in Rimon Gadol.
This program gives high school age kids in grades 10, 11 and 12 an opportunity to begin the path towards becoming future staff and counselors for our camp.
L.I.T. will demonstrate practical experience in working with kids, but will never serve as sole supervisors of kids, and must be accompanied by a trained counselor when helping with a program.
