Eaten before the 24-hour fast of Yom Kippur, the traditional Kol Nidre dinner is a feast of sustaining foods. Try this delicious dinner menu!

Break the Fast Menu

After fasting for 24 hours, nothing is looked forward to more than the break-the-fast meal. The meal often contains "breakfast" type foods. Traditionally, this meal also includes salty fish, to encourage the replenishing of fluids.

  • Bagels and lox with cream cheese spread, sliced tomato and sliced red onion
