Through services and programs the Barness Family Jewish Community Center promotes and strengthens Jewish values and identity by meeting the needs of individuals and families of all races, religions, and cultures.
The Barness Family JCC is a non-profit organization that has been serving the East Valley Jewish community since 1972. We are a organization that provides the local community, family, and individual members, with childcare, educational, social, recreational, and other cultural needs. The Barness Family JCC offers many programs, activities, and services for everyone; from infants to seniors and is open to the entire community.
Today's JCC is not just for the rich or the poor, the young or the old; it's for everybody! Preschoolers & Infants come to learn and play, children come to our many camps, and senior citizens come for warm companionship and the excitement of learning something new. Those in between come to strengthen their bond and stretch their minds in a comfortable atmosphere where all feel at home. The Barness Family JCC is for all people of all faiths, races, ages, abilities and incomes.

Something for Everyone
The Barness Family JCC offers programs and activities for everyone in your family—from 6 weeks to 96 years, singles and couples, men and women.
Our Infant/Toddler Program, Early Childhood Education Program, and the Summer Day & Winter Camp program, provide quality education and childcare to children from 6 weeks to 14 years. The Barness Family JCC’s Early Childhood Learning Center is open to both Jewish and non-Jewish families. In addition, we offer clubs, special events, activities and classes for seniors, adults, youth and families.
